Before we speak - a short intake form so I understand your current offer and priorities.

The session - a 90-minute 121 Zoom call where we'll map your customer journey end to end. Every step, every touchpoint - where you're spending your time and what we can automate vs. what needs to stay human.

After - a written report within 48 hours, with a sequenced build plan and clear next steps.

What You'll Walk Away With

A written map of your customer journey from first enquiry through to delivery, with the bottlenecks identified and the build priorities set in order.

You'll know exactly what needs a system and what doesn't, before you start to build.

If building it yourself or with your own team is the plan, you'll have everything you need to do that. If you'd rather it were built for you, the plan already exists, the scope is already defined. That becomes the starting point for the done-for-you build, not a fresh conversation from scratch.
