THE BUSINESS DIAGNOSTIC
A proper look at how your business runs right now, and a straight answer about what's actually in the way.
You're not short of opinions about what you should be doing. You're short of someone who's looked at your business properly and told you the truth about it.
You answer a set of questions about how your business runs now. Your offers, your client journey, your tools, where things fall through. It takes about twenty minutes and you can do it in your pyjamas.
Then I go through and review every report myself. Not a bot, not a scoring algorithm, me.
You get a written report and a ten to fifteen minute Loom where I walk you through what I've found. What's working, what it's costing you, and what I'd fix first if it were my business.
Back with you in two to three working days.
And one thing worth saying out loud, because most people assume the opposite. Almost everyone comes away from this process relieved. Relieved that it isn't just them, that the state of it is normal for a business at this stage, and that they know where to start fixing it.
Every business has two important humans at the centre of it. Your customer, and you. Once the foundations underneath you both are solid, that's what the diagnostic walks through.
Whether the basics are in place and holding. Positioning that makes sense, offers that fit together, pricing that respects the work. Nothing you build on top of a shaky foundation stays up for long.
The journey from someone finding you, deciding you might be the one, buying, and being looked after afterwards. Where that works, where it leaks, and where you're holding it together in your head rather than in a system.
The admin, operations, sales, marketing and finance that run behind the scenes. What's eating your time, what should be a system but isn't, and where your attention is going when it should be on the actual work.

A written report on how your business currently runs, and where it's leaking.
The three things I'd fix first, in order, and the reasoning behind that order.
A ten to fifteen minute Loom walkthrough, so you hear the thinking rather than just reading the conclusions.
A straight answer about whether you need anything else from me at all.
Because the hardest part of fixing this is finding out what's actually wrong, and most people never get that far.
They buy another tool instead.
£47 is less than one of the subscriptions you're currently not using properly. It's meant to be an easy yes.
Nothing, unless you want it to. Plenty of people take the report and get on with it themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome and exactly what it's designed to allow.
If you do want to take it further, the natural next step is a full Business System Design, and your £47 will be discounted from the price.
